Winter is here, and depending on where you live, snow is falling and temperatures are cold. I have to be honest, I don't care much for this time of year, for various reasons, but I do like penguins. Then again, most everyone likes penguins.
I already made a penguin pattern previously. That pattern was for an emperor penguin chick. This winter I am releasing the amigurumi Arctic penguins. The Arctic penguins are your standard winter decor/cartoon penguins, black and white with orange beaks and chubby bodies. I decided to make mine with hats. Each penguin (there are three variations in the face) has a corresponding hat. Off course, the penguins can go without the hats as well.
This is more of advanced beginner pattern, given the use of color on the penguin face and body. Though, the penguins are not as complicated as they might look. I used Ricorumi DK again, as I have been since the middle of 2021. Want to make Artic penguins? Check out the pattern in my store!
Until next time!
